This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Sellers and all content submitted to Fast Print On Demand. Violations may result in order rejection, content removal, or account suspension/termination.

1. Prohibited Content

• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, or other intellectual property right.
• Counterfeit goods or unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or licensed characters.
• Unauthorized use of a person's name, image, likeness, or signature (right of publicity), including celebrities and public figures.
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content targeting protected groups; content promoting violence or terrorism.
• Sexually explicit content, or any content that sexualizes minors (strictly prohibited and reported as required by law).
• Defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent content; content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Content depicting or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated goods where prohibited.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to breach security, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services.
• Misrepresenting your identity, rights, or authorization to use submitted content.
• Using the Services to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or sanctioned transactions.

3. Enforcement

We may review, refuse, remove, or cancel content or orders that we believe, in our reasonable discretion, violate this Policy or applicable law, with or without notice. We may report unlawful content to authorities. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent termination.
