Return & Refund Policy

Because products are custom-made on demand for each order, this policy explains when refunds or replacements are available. Our agreement is with the Seller; end-customer returns are managed by the Seller on their own storefront.

1. Made-on-Demand; No Buyer's Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection by the end customer. We recommend Sellers publish clear size guides and product details on their storefronts.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind our production. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., misprint, wrong item/size versus the order), we will cover the cost of resolution.

  • Reporting window: claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to the end customer.
  • Evidence: clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item are required, sent to info@fastprintondemand.com.
  • Resolution: after verification by our quality team, we will provide, at no additional cost, either a free replacement or a refund of the production and shipping cost for the affected item, credited to the Seller's wallet.

3. Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer or store.
  • Unclaimed parcels, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery.
  • Sizing that matches the official size chart.
  • Minor color variation due to screen-vs-print differences.

4. Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is received, cancellation is only possible if requested within 2 hours of the order being placed and before production has begun. Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Refund Method & Wallet Balance

Approved refunds are credited to the Seller's prepaid wallet. Refunds of remaining wallet balance on account closure are handled under the Billing & Wallet Terms (less any amounts owed). See also our chargeback terms there.

6. International Returns

For international shipments returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs duties, the Seller is responsible for reshipment costs. If an item is non-deliverable, we will contact the Seller regarding disposal.
