Billing & Wallet Terms

These Billing & Wallet Terms supplement the Terms of Service and describe how payments and the prepaid wallet work on Fast Print On Demand.

1. Prepaid Wallet

The platform uses a prepaid wallet. You add funds in advance; the cost of each order (product + shipping) is automatically deducted from your wallet balance when the order is processed. Wallet funds are a prepayment for fulfillment services, are denominated in U.S. dollars, are non-transferable, and do not earn interest.

2. Adding Funds (Stripe)

Top-ups are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Your wallet is credited only after Stripe confirms a successful payment. By adding funds, you authorize the charge and agree to Stripe's terms.

3. Order Charges & Insufficient Balance

When an order is ready for production, its total is deducted from your wallet. If your balance is insufficient, the order is placed on hold until you add funds, after which it proceeds automatically. We may set a minimum top-up amount.

4. Refunds to Wallet

Approved refunds (e.g., for defective/incorrect items, or cancelled orders that were charged) are credited back to your wallet rather than the original payment method, unless we determine otherwise.

5. Refund of Remaining Balance on Closure

On account closure, you may request a refund of the remaining, unspent wallet balance to your original payment method, less any amounts you owe and less any non-refundable processing fees. We may withhold amounts subject to pending disputes or investigations.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate top-up or order may result in suspension of your account and on-hold orders until resolved. We reserve the right to recover disputed amounts, associated fees, and to offset them against your wallet balance.

7. Taxes & Price Changes

Prices for products and shipping may change prospectively. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your sales to your customers. Any taxes we are required to collect from you will be shown at the time of the transaction.
