Fast Print On Demand respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Reporting Alleged Infringement
If you believe content produced or made available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., order number, store, product, design URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; your contact information; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., Harris County, Texas) and to accept service from the complaining party.
3. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of Sellers who are repeat infringers.
