Orders arrive
When a customer checks out, the order is pushed to us in real time over an HMAC-verified webhook and logged in your dashboard as "Order Received".
We print
Production cost is calculated (qty × unit cost) and deducted from your wallet. The job moves to "In Production" and we print on premium DTF — usually within 48 hours.
We ship & sync
We enter the carrier and tracking number, mark the order Fulfilled in your Shopify store via the Admin API, and your customer gets the shipping notification automatically.
