Shipping Policy

ABA Texas LLC
Effective Date: June 15, 2026
Last Updated: June 15, 2026

This Shipping Policy describes how Fast Print On Demand produces and ships orders on behalf of Sellers in the United States and internationally.

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders received and confirmed (paid from the Seller's wallet) before our daily cut-off time of 1:00 PM CT on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) are targeted for printing, packing, and hand-off to the carrier the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day. These are targets, not guarantees, and may vary with volume or supply conditions.

2. White-Label Fulfillment (Custom Sender / Return Address)

Shipments are sent on a white-label basis: there is no Fast Print On Demand branding on the package or label. The sender/return address printed on the label is the Seller's address taken from the Seller's account settings.

It is the Seller's responsibility to keep this return address accurate and valid, as undeliverable parcels are returned there.

3. Carriers, Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via leading U.S. carriers (such as USPS and UPS) through our shipping provider (EasyPost).

  • Domestic (U.S.): typically 1–5 business days in transit after dispatch.
  • International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Once dispatched, tracking is automatically synced to the Seller's connected store so the end customer can follow the shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged to the Seller and is calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected service. The applicable cost is shown to the Seller at the time of order processing and deducted from the wallet.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, the destination may impose import duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the end customer or the Seller depending on store configuration. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Sellers are responsible for ensuring both the end customer's shipping address and the Seller's custom return address are correct at the time the order is transmitted.

If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refusal, any reshipment costs are the Seller's responsibility, as set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
