Create a free account in the partner panel, connect your Shopify store or Etsy shop, and top up your wallet. That's it — you're ready to receive orders. Most partners go live within 24 hours.

No — this site is informational. All operations (connecting your store, loading your wallet, tracking orders) happen inside your partner panel. We'll direct you there to register and manage everything.

None at all. No printers, heat presses, or stock. We handle 100% of production, packing, and shipping. You only manage your storefront and marketing.

Yes. You authorize once through official Shopify OAuth and the order webhook installs itself automatically. There are no plugins to configure and nothing to maintain — your Shopify orders flow in and tracking flows back to Shopify on its own. Etsy connects the same way; see "Can I connect an Etsy shop?" below for what Etsy currently restricts.

Scoped read/write access to orders and fulfillments, so we can receive your orders and mark them fulfilled with carrier and tracking details. You can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.

Absolutely. We use official Shopify OAuth with permanent offline tokens and HMAC-verified webhooks, so every incoming order is cryptographically validated.

Yes. The Growth plan supports up to three stores, and Pro/Brand partners get unlimited stores plus API and webhook access.

Yes. Etsy shops connect from the same panel and paid orders arrive automatically, ready to produce. Etsy currently limits buyer shipping addresses and tracking upload to a small set of approved partners and our application is in progress, so for Etsy orders you add the shipping address in the panel (per order, or in bulk by importing your Etsy orders CSV) and enter the tracking number on Etsy. Production, packing and US shipping are identical to Shopify.

It's a prepaid wallet model. You top up a balance, and each order's production cost (quantity × per-unit cost) is automatically deducted when it enters production. No subscriptions required to start.

The Starter plan has no monthly fee — it's pure pay-as-you-go. Higher tiers unlock better per-unit rates and added features as your volume grows.

Orders without enough balance are safely held as "Insufficient Balance" instead of failing. Just top up and hit retry — nothing is lost. You can also enable auto top-up.

Yes. Because the per-unit cost is transparent and charged upfront, you know your exact production cost — and therefore your margin — before the order even ships.

All orders are printed and shipped

Yes! Sellers can be located anywhere in the world. We simply handle US-based production and shipping for your US customers, so you can build a US-facing brand from anywhere.

Most orders are produced within 48 hours and shipped domestically, so end customers typically receive their items within a few business days.

Once we ship, we enter the carrier and tracking number. On Shopify we mark the order Fulfilled via the Admin API and Shopify sends your customer the shipping notification automatically. On Etsy the tracking number is added from your Etsy dashboard for now — see the Etsy question above.

Yes — once onboarded, you can order samples at production cost to check our DTF quality before scaling.

An in-app Design Studio is coming soon, letting you create and publish products directly from your panel. For now, you upload your print files and we handle the rest.
