ABA Texas LLC
Effective Date: June 15, 2026
Last Updated: June 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ABA Texas LLC ("Fast Print On Demand", "we") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website and print-on-demand fulfillment services. It covers our Sellers and, where we act as a service provider/processor, the end customers whose order details we process to fulfill orders.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & business data: name, business/legal name, email, phone, physical/return address, and billing details.
  • Order data (processed on behalf of Sellers): the end customer's name, shipping address, contact details, and order/line-item details necessary to print and ship the product.
  • Integration data: connected store domain and access tokens used to receive orders and push tracking.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact support.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Services: receive orders, price and charge them, produce, package, and ship products, and provide tracking and support.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
  • To send service and transactional messages; marketing messages only with consent (opt-out anytime).
  • To comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to service providers who process it on our behalf, and as required by law.

Our current service providers (sub-processors) are listed in our Sub-processors document, and include providers for payments (Stripe), shipping and labels (EasyPost), transactional email (Resend), hosting/database, content delivery/storage, and authentication. We also exchange limited data with the e-commerce platforms you connect (e.g., Shopify) to synchronize orders and tracking.

4. Shopify Protected Customer Data

When you connect a Shopify store, we access order and customer information through Shopify's API under the scopes you authorize. We handle this data in accordance with Shopify's Protected Customer Data requirements: we access only what is needed for fulfillment, restrict and log access, retain it only as long as necessary, and honor Shopify customer redaction requests.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business, accounting, tax, and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years for transaction records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Upon a Shopify shop/redact or customer/redact request, or account closure, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data.

6. Your U.S. Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA & other state laws)

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may submit a request to info@fastprintondemand.com or privacy@fastprintondemand.com; we may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. For personal data we process on behalf of a Seller (as a service provider/processor), we will direct end-customer requests to the relevant Seller.

7. International Users (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Because products ship worldwide, we may process personal data of individuals in the EEA/UK as a processor on behalf of Sellers. Where applicable, the lawful basis is performance of a contract and legitimate interests in fulfilling orders. Cross-border transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. EEA/UK individuals have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, restricted access, and reputable infrastructure providers. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored by us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA). If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new Effective Date.
